Responsibilities:
- To establish the direction, strategy and goals of corporate sustainable development, and draft relevant management policies and action plans.
- To track, review and revise the implementation and effectiveness of corporate sustainable development.
- To decide the significant issues related to the sustainability report.
- Supervise code of business practice of the company’s sustainable development
- To communicate Government regulations and strengthen the training of ESG.
