1. Labor-Management Meeting
Since 2003, our company has been holding regular labor-management meetings to enhance the frequency and scope of communication between the labor and management sides. This is aimed at establishing a regular, trusting, and effective communication mechanism.


2. Suggestion Box
The company has established an employee suggestion box at the employee portal, through which all employees can directly communicate with the company by providing suggestions and addressing issues. It is divided into nine categories:

  4. Improvement suggestions
  5. Complaints and feedback
  6. Sexual harassment prevention
  7. Welfare committee-related
  8. Discount stores
